The Calmness After the Storm Always Feels Best
You need hectic days to feel the real value of those slow ones.
Hey, how are you?
Sorry, I was unable to share any posts for the past few days.
I thought of informing you in advance, but I was so caught up with work that I did not have the time to let you know.
The reason I have not posted anything is because of my exams. As I am in my last year of college, the pressure is high to study and pass with good marks. That is why I took a short break from writing and gave 100% focus to exam preparation.
After almost 4β5 days without writing, my brain is completely fresh now. I am excited to come up with new stuff here. As I have no pressure from college anymore, I can focus all my energy on writing and freelance work.
Now, the main objective of this post is to let you know the importance of having hectic days.
The last few days I have only been engaged with studying, overthinking about exams, and giving exams. The days were pretty hectic for me, and I was praying they would be over as soon as possible. But right now, when I think back, I feel that just because those few days were so hectic for me, I am experiencing these slow days more.
I realized how much time I usually have on my hands. I can easily get done with work I was taking more time to finish before.
As I was totally off from newsletters, Medium, and Twitter, when I am working right now, I am getting new ideas all the time. I am much more creative and work more effectively.
It feels like my brain has hit the reset button.
Even before the exam, I was so bored with my life because I was doing the same thing every day. But the exam broke that loop, and I am finding joy in working again.
Maybe this is why one needs a break when the whole journey gets overwhelming.
So yeah, thatβs the thing.
Next time, if you ever complain about why your life is so hectic, remember that maybe that is what is training you to appreciate the calmer days more.
And take breaks when life gets too repetitive.
So, that is all about this post.
I hope you liked it and found it helpful.
From next week on, you will again get two weekly newsletters, and maybe I will post one more article this week.

Until then, Bye ππ»
