Knock knock!
Who’s there?
Your future self, blaming you for always living life in fear.
Have you read the quote? If not, then read it again!
This is how you will blame your past self if you keep living in fear, like a “pu$$y.“
You can't always avoid pain. Maybe you can avoid it once, twice, or three times, but what after that?
No matter how much you try, you have to face it.
Either you know how to face your fears and take bold steps that can change your life, or you live like every other individual—blaming everything life offers you.
You know, I was there too. Always tried to avoid pain.
I never took a risk or a simple step outside of my comfort zone.
My decisions used to be influenced by others opinions.
I was a coward. I had no courage to make my own decision.
Until I lost my mother.
I realized life could end at any time, and it is all about making the most of whatever time we had in our hands.
I started taking hard steps, facing my fears.
I know that growth is on the other side of my fear.
Now when I look back, I regret my cowardly behavior in the past.
I wish I had taken the step before.
And the reason I wrote this newsletter to you is to make you not commit the same mistake.
I do not want you to regret it like I did.
Does not living like a “pu$$y“ mean always forcing you into danger?
No!
Living fearlessly is about facing fear and always putting yourself in challenging conditions if that is not affecting others.
For example, cycle instead of covering a distance by motorcycle.
You are challenging your head to not take the easy path.
How is it helping?
It is helping you by taking control of your brain.
Also, as a bonus, you get to burn off some calories.
So—
Live every day with passion, bravery, and authenticity.
That is all for this post.
I hope I can add some value to your life.
